Organization: Africa Solar Hub (ASH)
1. Governance Chart (The Bureau)
The Bureau ensures the strategic direction and diplomatic representation of the association.
The Presidency
Defines the vision, carries ASH's voice to governments and international institutions, and validates major strategic orientations.
The General Secretariat
Ensures administrative management, coordination among members, and monitoring of the execution of the bureau's decisions.
The Treasury
Manages member contributions, subsidies from technical and financial partners (TFPs), and the economic viability of the hub.

Digital and Data Hub Directorate
Missions : Technical management of the platform, updating the intelligent directory, and maintenance of tools (solar simulator, CO2 dashboard).
